One rate per dive, and it drops the moment you book three. Every price below is per person, per dive, and the rate you see is the rate you pay.

Every trip includes boat transfer, dive guide, weights and tanks. All prices in IDR · Marine Park fee of IDR 100,000 not included.
On the day
Nothing complicated. You turn up, your gear is already laid out, and the boat leaves from the beach in front of the dive centre.
Time for the paperwork on your first day, a coffee, and the briefing: the site, the dive plan, the depth and what we expect to find down there.
Tank, weights, BCD and regulator are ready and checked before you get there. Bring your own BCD and regulator if you prefer and the dive costs 10% less.
Every site we dive sits a short ride from Gili Air, so nobody spends the morning crossing open water to get wet.
Four divers to a guide, at the pace of the slowest breather. On the two-dive morning trip you stay on the boat for the surface interval and are back by 1pm.
Free underwater videos of your dives are part of the trip, so you leave with more than a stamp in the logbook.
Where we actually go depends on the tide, the wind and who is on the boat. Most mornings it is Shark Point or Halik; macro hunters ask for Hans Reef, and guided dives at Turtle Point are a thirty-second walk from the tank room.

Good to know
A single guided fun dive is IDR 650,000. Book three or four and every dive drops 10%, five to nine takes 15% off, and ten or more takes 20% off. The Gili Matra Marine Park fee of IDR 100,000 is a one-off, paid in cash on the island, and is not included.
Yes. Fun dives are for divers certified Open Water or equivalent, with any agency. Scuba Diver certified divers are welcome too and dive to 12 metres with a professional. If you have never dived before, start with a Try Scuba experience instead: no certification and no experience needed.
Two on the morning boat, one in the afternoon, and a night dive on request. Most certified divers take the two morning dives: you stay on the boat for the surface interval and are back at the centre by 1pm.
Yes. A Nitrox or 15 litre tank is IDR 100,000 on top of the dive, for divers with an Enriched Air certification. If you do not have one yet, we teach the SSI Enriched Air Nitrox specialty here.
Full scuba equipment is included: tank, weights, BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask and fins, in a full range of sizes. Bring your own BCD and regulator if you prefer and the dive costs 10% less. A dive computer or torch is IDR 60,000 per dive and a GoPro rental is IDR 150,000 per dive.
If it has been more than about a year, we recommend a refresher first: a pool session plus an easy first dive, IDR 1,200,000. It shakes off the rust before you join the regular fun dive trips.
You can dive here all year. April to October is the dry season, with the calmest sea and the clearest water; September, October, May and June are the sweet spot, and July and August the busiest. November to March brings plankton and lower visibility, and with it a better chance of something big passing through. The water sits at 27 to 30 degrees all year, so a 3 mm wetsuit is plenty.
It helps, especially in July and August. Send us a message on WhatsApp with your dates, your certification level and how many dives you want, and we will confirm your spot. We take last-minute divers whenever there is room on the boat.
